Chief Operating Officer
Mrs. Drakos currently services as Chief Operating Officer of Cross Construction Inc., where she is responsible for all aspects of company operations including marketing, accounting, staffing, and project pipeline management for both potential and active projects.
Prior to joining Cross, Mrs. Drakos worked as an Aerospace Engineer for Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems Sector, where she managed the Modeling & Simulation team on cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicle systems. In this role, Mrs. Drakos oversaw domestic and international projects valued at over $80M.
Mrs. Drakos holds a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Systems Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology. She is passionate about building cultures that thrive on hard work and customer service, developing great teams and working closely with the local community. Mrs. Drakos lives in Encinitas, CA with her husband and two young children, and enjoys surfing, snowboarding and playing soccer in her (very limited) free time.
Mr. Brady currently serves as the President of Cross Construction Inc., where he provides leadership and strategic direction for the company as well as developing new business opportunities.
Mr. Brady is a 15+ year veteran in the real estate industry. With a focus on development, entitlements, design, and construction, Brian has delivered successful projects across a wide range of asset classes including office, industrial, healthcare, biotech, life science, retail, mixed use, multifamily and single-family residential properties. With a core competency in entitlements and development, both ground up and heavy re-rehabilitation projects, Brian has demonstrated the ability to deliver on the most complex projects. Previously, Mr. Brady has held key roles with Locale Advisors, Kilroy Realty Corporation, McCarthy Building Companies, Bocina Homes Corp, and Bocina Development. Mr. Brady has been directly responsible for the entitlement, development, or redevelopment of over 4 million square feet with a total asset value of over $2 billion.
Mr. Brady holds a BS from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, with a concentration in business. At Cornell, he was also a member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team. In his spare time, Brian enjoys running, surfing, SUP'ing, skiing, and spending time with his wife and three kiddos.
Lead General Contractor
Mr. Westerfield is an experienced general contractor and is currently the Lead General Contractor of Cross Construction Inc. His passion for building started in his youth while working with his neighbor in the custom home building industry. Over his 30-year career, Mr. Westerfield has completed commercial, production home, custom home, restoration, and remodel projects valued at over $50M.
Prior to joining Cross, Mr. Westerfield worked as a Senior Project Manager for Carrington Construction Company where he completed residential projects throughout the United States. Before Carrington, Mr. Westerfield served as a Construction Manager for eight years at Lennar Corp., a leading national homebuilder. In this role, Mr. Westerfield was responsible for all construction field operations on several multi-million-dollar residential home and apartment projects. In addition, Mr. Westerfield is proud to have worked closely with the Gary Sinise Foundation to manage several of the charitable organization’s specially adapted smart-homes for severely disabled veterans.
Marketing & Customer Relations
Ms. Prichard is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for Cross Construction Inc., including branding, campaign development, promotion, and digital marketing. In addition, Ms. Prichard assists in business development and customer relations to ensure seamless project onboarding and close out. Ms. Prichard is committed to supporting and communicating with Cross clients throughout all phases.
Ms. Prichard is a recent college graduate who received a B.A. in Communication and Marketing from Sonoma State University. Ms. Prichard started to develop her interests for marketing while she interned at a Radio Station in Sydney Australia. She launched and maintained ongoing social media campaigns and developed new web content for viewers.
Mrs. Hagglund currently serves as Project Manager for Cross Construction Inc., where she is responsible for all phases of a Cross project from successful initiation, planning, design, execution and closure of a project. Mrs. Hagglund tracks all project budgets and schedules, as well as maintaining an open line of communication with engineers, architects, designers and clients.
Prior to joining Cross, Mrs. Hagglund worked as an Account Manager for Debora Carl Landscape Design, where she was responsible for customer onsite assessments, site measuring, project estimates, drafts site plans, and coordination with the city.
Mrs. Hagglund holds a B.S. in Environmental Horticultural Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is an expert in horticulture and leads the Cross softscape design and landscape installations.
Assistant Project Manager
Mr. Strehlow currently serves as Assistant Project Manager for Cross Construction Inc., where he assists with all phases of Cross Projects and coordinates the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Mr. Strehlow is responsible for deploying Buildertrend project level management software to optimize project scheduling, tracking and coordination.
Mr. Strehlow is a recent college graduate who received a B.B.A in Business Administration, majoring in Finance from Texas State University. Mr. Strehlow started to develop his interest in building while he interned for David Weekley Homes as a builder / land acquisition analyst. He assisted with land acquisitions for community developments and assisted super intendent in scheduling.
