This extensive remodel project, by Cross Construction, transformed an existing outdated and closed off space into a beautiful sunlight open concept living space. The design included bumping out and creating an entryway, removing the hallway walls and the walls between the living room and galley kitchen, installing skylights and remodeling the kitchen and adding a pantry. The kitchen is now opened up to the living room and the sundrenched dining room which creates a space for all to enjoy! The fireplace was given a modern facelift complemented by the moody paint color. We love the custom kitchen cabinets that are slightly off white and showcase the white quartz countertops with blue veins. The glass tile backsplash provides a fresh and more modern take on the classic subway tile and is complemented by the matte black hardware. We love how everything came together to provide the client with a new and fresh home!
